Refactor styling in help and network views

Browse Source 
- Updated background classes for various elements in help.blade.php to remove opacity for better visibility.
- Adjusted background classes in network.blade.php to enhance error and info message visibility.
- Ensured consistent styling for icons and sections across both views.
