Please keep this information secure and do not share it with anyone you do not trust. This panel is separate from your Paymenter account and has its own login credentials provided below. | |

| FTP Connection Information | |
| FTP is provided on the same server as your hosting service. You can connect to it using the following information. Please note that FTP over TLS/SSL (FTPS) is strongly recommended for security reasons. The FTP password is the same as your panel password. The default FTP directory is / (root), which corresponds to the home directory of your hosting service. This is where you should upload your website files. Do not upload files outside this directory as they will not be accessible via the web. | |

| MySQL is provided on the same server as your hosting service. You can connect to it using the following information. Please note that remote MySQL connections are not allowed for security reasons. You must connect to the database from within your hosting service or use a web-based database management tool such as phpMyAdmin, which is available in the panel. The database name, username, and password can be found in the panel. You will need to create the database and user yourself using the panel. | |

Domain/Subdomain must be set to the following values in your DNS provider to point to your hosting service. We do not provide DNS services or domain registration. You will have to manage your own DNS records and domain registrations. If you are using a custom domain, you will need to set the following records in your DNS provider. If you do not know what this means, please contact your domain registrar or DNS provider for assistance. If this is a subdomain of webhost.virtnet.bond, you do not need to do anything as this is automatically handled for you by us and if already ready to use. No further action is required on your part. |
